I'm a technology lawyer, currently based in Barcelona and London where I lead my own legal consultancy firm, MTN Projects (modern.thinking.networks) providing professional services to Internet startups, global corporations, law firms, and IT consulting firms.
I got over 12 years experience of advising clients on all aspects of technology, multimedia and telecommunications legal issues. Particular experience in advising in relation to high technology matters.
I speak regularly on Internet and IP law, and have authored numerous articles and contributions to books on those topics.
Nowadays, I'm also researching the intersections of the three disciplines law, business administration and economics and the nexuses between IP Law and innovation, market transparency and antitrust on the Internet as Eur Doctor candidate at University of Barcelona.
I've been passionately involved with information society since the 90s. During my professional experience, while working in London, Madrid and Barcelona, I oversaw and participated in the development of several Internet Startups and Business Ventures.
On the lighter side, I love music and I am also passionate about opensource and free Internet as well. I hope that through this blog I can keep the "conversations" going about creative things, music I like and so other technology-related things.
